Pellets 100
Automatically fired up boilers Pellets ®100
Power: 16 kW, 24 kW and 32 kW.
Boilers are designed to burn pellets from sawdust and after removing the burner also: wood, coal, fine coal, wooden chips and briquettes in a correspondingly great charging-chamber.
In the case of the pellet combustion the fuel is fed from a reservoir with a very large volume of 300 - 600 l (250 - 500 kg) using the worm feeder and poured into the Platinum Bio burner.
The charge of the said reservoir shall enable automatic operation from 7 to 30 days (1) depending on the energy demand. The fuel in the Platinum Bio burner is automatically moved to the furnace and ignited automatically with the 120 W heating element. During operation the burnt fuel is pushed to a very large ash pan, which needs to be emptied even once every 365 days.
The exchanger of the boiler consists of three parts: charging chamber, ceramic chamber with the internal distribution of air into primary and secondary, and the third exchanging part.
The second and third chamber of the boiler are decisive for high efficiency. The final combustion of gases takes place at the ceramic chamber at a temperature above 900 °C, with the participation of primary and secondary air, which return heat at the third part of the heat exchanger.
The second part of the exchanger is divided into two parts by means a lever of upper - bottom combustion. This means that the boiler allows for double-system combustion ie. the bottom combustion system (wood, fine coal, pea coal) and the upper combustion system for low calorific value fuel.
Burner
New - Burner Platinum v02-new version of the burner - even quieter and consume less power device at very low external dimensions.

Wood To achieve the nominal capacity of the boiler, one should use as a fuel the dry wood with a moisture content up to 20% (that corresponds to 18 months drying of timber under cover). Application of logs with larger dimensions (cut into thicker pieces) prolongs the combustion time of one charge even up to 8 hours. |

Exchanger
Designing the heat exchanger the company used the 3xT definition (time, temperature, turbulation). The combustion chamber is shaped in such a way that only a part of loaded fuel participates in the combustion process.
The whole system operation is controlled by Platinum Bio automation with the automatic burner modulation of Fuzzy Logic 2 generation.
Why we chose steel?
- achieving the maximum efficiency;
- freedom to design high-performance heat exchangers;
- low sensitivity to the lack of water;
- low sensitivity to scaling;
- low sensitivity to sudden temperature changes.
